PROCEDURES AND PROCUREMENTS

In the role as an intermediary, we maintain standards equal to those of its suppliers and clients. Therefore, the company assures its partners a superior quality supply process.

Communication

Technical documentation is provided with quotation as support and clients are unable to obtain additional advice from our engineers.

Active Orders

Orders are clearly defined and remain active. Pending orders are updated regularly and the clients are advised accordingly. A computerized tracking and tracing system is in place

Deliveries

A close watch is kept on the delivery times. Orders can be turned around and will be delivered in 12 – 24 working hours

Inspection

An inspection team physically checks all material, discrepancies are identified and material replaced before shipping to the end customer.

EndControl

After inspection, material is properly packed in accordance with the mode of transportation chosen. Certification requirements are reviewed. Clients are advices of shipping date.
